1) Upper part of the tray was never used. As seen in the snap, it comes with the original sticker. It is like new.
2) Chair is in very neat and clean condition and everything is intact.
3) There was a very small tear on the back of seat cover, it was stitched with a patch of the same colour cloth. It is on the back side of the seat cover and is not evident at all.
4) Teether is not included.
